From smarter delivery and quality tracking to enhanced time analytics and new visualizations in the contributor section, here’s everything that’s new (and what’s coming soon!). Improved Visibility into Delivery and Quality Performance Better Delivery and Quality Dashboards in the Teams section to help you better understand how your team’s delivery performance evolves over time, not just sprint by sprint, but across longer periods, revealing key trends and patterns.
Improved Meeting Dashboards with Detailed Time Insights
Better time allocation dashboards (meeting information dashboards) with new visualizations and more information such as:
Percentage of planned meetings (Meetings scheduled at least one day before its occurrence)
People that spent more time on meets (at the team level dashboard)
Average Meet time per week per team member
Busiest days of the week (in terms of meetings)
Time distribution per week (Percentage of time spent on meetings, deep work and Out of Office)
Detailed meeting information like, invitees, participants, duration, and whether the meeting is recurrent.
Team Meeting Dashboard
Contributor Meeting Dashboard
New several improvements to the contributor section.
In the Contributor Overview dashboard, you’ll now see a visualization at the bottom of the dashboard that displays the weekly work pattern of a contributor. This could help you analyze the contributor most productive hours of the day or whether a person is working over the weekends or late at night, to prevent employee burnout.
New Insights into Coding and Task Management at the Individual Level The contributor subsections now include richer visualizations that allow you to dive deeper into each contributor’s coding activity and task management performance. You can now better understand how individual contributors are spending their time, how effectively they’re managing tasks, and how they’re contributing to overall team delivery.
🌟 Coming Soon:
New scores functionality (During May). We have developed a system that analyzes not only the output produced but how it was produced and fed this into a scoring system that evaluates the following:
Coding: Based primarily on Pull / Merge Requests created, considering factors such as Cycle Times, Rework, Pull Request Size, Created vs Merged ratio, etc.
Code Reviewing: Based on Pull Requests Reviews, considering factors such as Pickup Times, Pull Request Reviewed Size, Pull Requests Reviewed vs Comments given ratio, etc.
Task Completion: Based on Tasks or Issues completed, considering factors such as Cycle Times, Story Points and Work Type.
Completion Rate: Based on Sprints completion rate, Epics completed on time and / or Tasks with due date completed on time.
Tech Support: Evaluating number of Support tickets resolved.
Meetings Load: Evaluating Meeting Time.
You’ll have the possibility to view these scores as percentiles at your organization level or even at the Kindor Universe level. This will let you understand whether your contributors are not only top contributors in your organization but in the industry.
We’re excited about these improvements and what’s coming next. At Kindor, we’re committed to giving tech leaders the visibility they need to make better decisions, move faster, and build stronger teams.
If you have any feedback or ideas, we’d love to hear from you.
