To connect to Google Calendar and Google Meet, Kindor needs access to your Google Workspace for its Service Account hosted in Kindor's Google Cloud Platform account.
Delegate domain-wide authority to your service account
To access your calendar and meet data on your Google Workspace domain, the Kindor's service account needs to be granted access by a super administrator for the domain. For more information about domain-wide delegation, see Control Google Workspace API access with domain-wide delegation.
To delegate domain-wide authority to Kindor's service account:
From your domain’s Admin console go to:
Main menu > Security > Access and data control > API controls
In the Domain wide delegation panel, select "Manage Domain Wide Delegation" and click "Add new".
In the Client ID field, enter Kindor's client ID: 105642144304821842462
In the "OAuth scopes" field, enter a comma-delimited list of the following scopes. All these scopes are required to complete a successful Google Workspace Integration with Kindor. Kindor will never perform a write action into your Google's Workspace account.
Click "Authorize" and share the following information with Kindor:
Customer ID of your Google Workspace Account
Email Address of the User Admin of your Google Workspace Account
Note:
Kindor supports ACLs (Access Control Lists) by domain and / or user email. This is useful if you want to prevent Kindor from accessing Google Meet and Calendar information for a specific user or domain. Please let Kindor know if you want to use ACLs and share the specific domains or emails to block.
